Found this one on pasture at my detecting buddies permission. Its my best silver coin to date. I'm looking forward to having another crack at that site as the grass was long and it should be cut sometime this year.

Found on pasture at a farm site. Pretty worn and could fall into the love token range as it shows signs of being bent.

I would say this is a deff love token. Even in that condition it was identified by a couple of people on a detecting forum I visit.

My only half crown find to date. I love these milled silvers and this one is a beast of one.

 Silver Spoon 
   Dated 1712
   Found February 2013.
This spoon came out on pasture at my buddies permission. It has no silver marks but as you can see it has 1712 inscribed on it. This made it just over 300 years old and as its precious metal it had to be reported as a possible treasure trove find. To date it is still with the FLO officer.

    To be honest, I'd love to find anything valuable of course, but just getting out and the thrill of the hunt and wondering who held the item last and how long ago etc does it for me.
