I've not been able to get out detecting for nearly three weeks due to work commitments and a couple of personal reasons, So hope to be soon back out there hunting. Mind you I have really enjoyed searching on the internet forums etc and seeing the great finds still coming up.
How did you do in the way of metal detecting gifts. I was very happy to get the Spink book of The Coins Of England along with another book called Buckles 1250 - 1800. Also an Evolution Extreme Blade and a tub of Renaissance Wax. Oh, and a comical mouse mat.
