Sherford Club Dig.

Out on our club dig today and must say it was lovely to be out detecting again. Weather was great, plenty of land to detect on, yes, a good day.
We were at Sherford today, near Kingsbridge in Devon. Have heard reports that a sword was found but haven't seen it yet. Also a roman came out and a couple of hammered coins.
I managed to find a few bits, nothing of great interest but its just nice to find stuff. I was very pleased with my Velox One, it performed well and I have confidence in it.

Well here's my finds, 8 grotty copper coins, a few buttons, a horse boss, a buckle, a damaged thimble and a leaf thing. For a bigger pic just click on photo.
