Out for a total of 4 hours metal detecting for treasure this afternoon. I went to the area where I found a gold Five Dollar coin, a gold and silver ring and some milled silver coins before and was hoping for some of the same. Wasn't to be, all I managed was a couple of old pennies, two threepenny bits and 4 decimal coins, but was all good fun.
Also found some artifacts, the usual bullet shells. Plus some buttons and a musket ball. Nice piece of harness there too that I brought home to keep.
